Why Macadamia Nuts are Awesome for a Keto Diet

https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=10514302 If you conduct a quick internet search on the ideal ratio of fat to protein for your ketosis diet, you'll probably see a few different numbers floating around, and you'll quickly realize that macadamia nuts are the BEST NUTS EVER! Not only do macadamia nuts contain a ton of fat, but they're also reasonable in carbohydrates and protein. The weirdest thing (in this author's opinion) about adopting the keto diet is the reduction in carbohydrates AND protein required for the diet to flourish. You'll often see advice that suggests you should try to consume around 65 percent to 75 percent of your daily calories on fat calories while also virtually eliminating carbs and eating the rest of your calories in protein.
